The SpotLight Project

Deadline: 31 Oct 2021

Description

In the last 18 months, Scotland’s cultural scene has been hit hard, leaving young creatives with fewer opportunities than ever before.

Boldly brewed for good times, Tennent’s Light is shining a spotlight on Scotland’s brightest upcoming talent, with 3.5% of every bottle and pint sold going towards supporting, developing and promoting the country’s grassroots creative talent.

Could you find yourself in the spotlight?

Over the next three years, Tennent’s Light has created the £250,000 ‘SpotLight Project’ to help bring the good times back and give our future creative stars the support they deserve.

During the first stage of the project, five lucky creatives will receive:

£5,000 cash bursary to develop a current creative project
One-to-one mentorship from leading creatives
Inspiration to help you develop your ideas
Practical advice on career development

Whether it’s art, fashion and design, music, comedy or performance – we’ll consider any creative expression. All we ask is that you’re over 18-years-old and based in Scotland.
