Leadership Skills Development Opportunities

Creative Scotland is working in partnership with leadership development organisation Common Purpose,
to offer leadership skills development opportunities for emerging and senior leaders
Thanks to National Lottery players, a total of five fully funded places are available on two Common Purpose programmes taking place in Spring 2021.
The programmes are as follows:
Common Purpose Emerging Leaders (two places available)
· Beginning 4 March 2021
· For leaders who are taking on more responsibility within their
role, are leading people and teams through challenging times,
and are looking to discover how they can have a wider impact
· An online learning course delivered over eight weeks
· Topics covered include personal agility and team leadership
Common Purpose Senior Leaders (three places available)
· Beginning 29 April 2021
· For leaders who collaborate with increasingly diverse
stakeholders, who need to adapt to a changing landscape and
who wish to create positive and lasting change in their or in
society
· Delivered over 12 weeks of interactive online learning (around
10 hours a month)
· Topics covered include personal agility, leading people and
transforming systems
