All choreographers and composers should be early career artists, who can demonstrate that the project will be of benefit to their practice. We are looking for professionals in their field who are over the age of 18 and based in Scotland.

We are committed to working with and supporting artists from under-represented groups. To enable this, there is a two-stage application process: an initial selection is made then this is narrowed down in a second stage selection process. If you are a female, disabled and/or ethnic minority artist, you can self-select to be put forward automatically to the second round if you want.

Financial support for the opportunity is an all inclusive fee funded by Idlewild, Sound Festival & Citymoves Dance Agency. Thanks to Creative Scotland for making funding possible by CS Venues Relief Fund.
