Cryptic presents the seventh in our sensory series of audiovisual appetisers broadcast at 13.00 GMT (and available for 24 hours) on the second and fourth Thursday of every month to offer you a welcome lunchtime escape from emails and online meetings. Down tools and indulge in some digital delights to invigorate and inspire for the afternoon ahead.

Delving into night terrors, undreamt and interrupted dreams; the fraught space between sleeping and waking, The Terror is a new music-theatre work in development. It explores a sense of apprehension at the uncontrolled and unknown worlds we enter once we fall unconscious and the terror some may find there.
The Terror is produced by Objet-a Creative Studio supported by the National Lottery through Creative Scotland and Cryptic.
