To do something “on a wing and a prayer” means to do something in the hope that you’ll succeed, despite being insufficiently prepared”. In this project, Nordic Viola explores the climate crisis with composers Renzo Spiteri in Shetland, Pete and Joe Stollery in Deeside and Lisa Robertson in Morvern, creating new music based on changing habitats in these remote areas. Performances also featured works by Nordic composers Kristian Blak, Charles Ross and Anna Thorvaldsdóttir.
