- 5 Mar 2026, 6 p.m., Zoom, Online, Book here
Description
Join us for the first New Music Scotland online members meeting of 2026.
After a quieter period, NMS is returning to a regular programme of member events. These sessions will create space for connection, shared thinking and practical support for those making innovative and experimental new music across Scotland.
Spend an hour with us on 5 March at 6pm, to discuss:
- Our 2026 annual conference and celebration. We are proposing to focus the theme on environmental sustainability, and want members to help define the questions, priorities and direction this should take.
- The remaining member meetings for the year. Tell us which conversations matter most to you, which topics need attention, and which speakers or contributors you would value.
- What would be most useful to you as an NMS member more broadly. This could include advocacy, professional development, partnerships, visibility, or something else entirely.
This session will also mark the launch of our first members survey. If you cannot attend, you will still be able to contribute and help shape the future direction and priorities of New Music Scotland through the survey.
The meeting will be held online via Zoom, please note that live captioning will be available.
