Free Online Workshop: Speculative Sonic Storytelling with Claudia Molitor

Dates
Description

Free online workshop open to composers of all levels.

Two recent works featured at this year’s soundfestival, The Unheard Also Glistens and Silent Seas, explore speculative sonic storytelling through an ethics of care, inviting us to use our imagination to build empathy with the more-than-human world. In this talk, Claudia Molitor will delve deeper into the ideas and thinking that underpin this practice.

6-7pm including approx. 40 min talk with a Q&A session at the end. Please note that although we try to wrap-up opensound sessions by 7pm, they often run over by 5-10 mins.
