Arts Leadership and Fundraising - fully funded evening course

Deadline: 26 Apr 2021

Description

Arts Leadership and Fundraising is a fully-funded, credit-rated course offered to those working within the performing arts who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Delivered by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in connection with the National Transition Training Fund, this short course offers artists, arts managers and administrators the opportunity to gain SCQF credits and develop the confidence to create new projects.

Over 8 weeks, you will study a range of learning outcomes exploring leadership and management theory, budgeting, writing funding applications and business planning. Led by Helen McVey, Director of Business Development and Interim Director of Drama, Dance, Production and Film, this is the perfect opportunity to develop and test out a creative idea that has been brewing in your mind over the past 12 months.

You can apply for full funding to meet the course tuition fee (£420) if you:

are aged 25 and over
work, or have worked, within the performing or production arts
are Scottish-domiciled
have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic (e.g. lost employment, been made redundant, furloughed, etc)

There are a limited number of fully-funded places available. Apply today to secure your place and continue your professional development.
