NMC - Development and Projects Assistant
Deadline: 31 Aug 2021
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
Location: Bethnal Green, London (currently working remotely with occasional time spent in the office where necessary)
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a unique, award-wining record label and charity, and to work with some of the world’s greatest composers and musicians.
You'll be joining a small, dedicated team, playing a vital role in enabling our releases and education projects to happen by providing efficient and flexible administrative support to the Director of Development across all areas of fundraising. Primarily this will include overseeing the day-to-day running of NMC’s individual giving schemes; and assisting with the planning of cultivation opportunities for donors. A secondary function is to support the creation and delivery of education projects and resources, including for young people. At times, the role may also require you to work across the team, including directly with the Executive Director and the Recordings & Marketing Manager.
This opportunity would suit a highly organised and personable arts administrator with interest in or experience across a variety of areas, including fundraising or education work. Ideally, you will have at least one year of administrative experience, preferably within the arts/culture, charitable or education sectors. We are open to approaches from individuals from other sectors who can demonstrate knowledge and passion in their application about NMC’s work.
Interested candidates should send a CV (two sides A4 max) and covering letter (one side of A4 max), outlining: their interest and suitability for the role, and where they saw the job advertised, plus a completed Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form (available from the link below) to:
