Description
Nordic Music Journeys 2025 is a project that came out of connections and friendships formed during the Nordic Music Days festival in 2024, which took place in Glasgow. Held in collaboration with the Föreningen Svenska Tonsättare (Swedish Society of Composers) and supported by STIM (the Swedish Performing Rights Society), Nordic Music Journeys 2025 will include 2 showcase concerts as part of a bigger event. Tickets are available for either concert or for both combined.
The programme for the concerts was selected from a Call for Works (for either complete works or excerpts of longer pieces that last a maximum of 6 minutes) for Sound Art pieces for 4-channel electronics.
The programme is:
Kim Hedås – Tir
Tom Macfadyen – Thread
Mats O Hansson - Within
Pete Stollery - Cullykhan Water
